Welcome to Tumbleweed Elementary School, a vibrant preschool through sixth grade community nestled on 17 acres between Cactus Road and Peoria Avenue on 39th Avenue. As part of the Washington Elementary School District, we are committed to achieving excellence for every student, every day, and every opportunity. At Tumbleweed, students engage in a curriculum fully aligned with State Standards and enriched with intervention programs, gifted services, art, music, and physical education for every grade level. We strive to create exciting learning experiences that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and equip students with the skills they need to meet new challenges.
